Do you love Audio Visual and Media Tech? We have needs on all of our campus' and centrally for help with media technology, on Sunday Mornings and throughout the week!

• Run Tech during mid week evening rehearsals
• Run Tech on Sunday morning
• Create and update slides for services
• Run Tech for Special Events, Rentals, Weddings and Funerals
• Run Tech in Kidstown or Student Ministries
• Help our tech team with installations, enhancements and troubleshooting tech

Grace Chapel has events that happen throughout the week at all of our campus' and central offices. We are looking for organized, execution oriented events teams on all of our campus' that love to plan events so that they go off with out a hitch. 

• On-site Event hosts - help our facilities team by being available on site for events and rentals. Arrive early to make sure the doors are open and turn off the lights, Assist with event set up, report any facilities issues that may need to be addressed, or resolve them if you can, ensure room is reset after event, lights are off, and doors locked
• Wedding/Funeral Assistance - Help people on one of the most important days of their life, to make it a positive experience when they choose Grace Chapel as the place where they want to have a wedding or a funeral. From planning the event, to on-site support, or helping to make sure the church is ready for Sunday, there is a place for you to serve!
• Event Planning - Are you a party planner who loves to plan and host big events? Do you have a passion to making these events memorable? Then we need you to join the team! 
• Staff Events - Do you want to find a way to give back to the hard working, dedicated staff team that serves our church? We do too. Come join a team that will help to create a few events throughout the year to bless our staff. 

Do you work in the hospitality industry, or love to cook and want to find someplace to use your passions and gifts to serve the church? Look no further!

• Kitchen Team - We are looking for a team of people familiar with food safety to help with food prep for special events at each campus
• Cafe - Ever wonder what it is like to work at a real cafe? Join the cafe team in Lexington and find out! Sunday mornings and special event help wanted
• Coffee Time - Help out on your campus to make and serve coffee and snacks on Sunday mornings

• Helping Hands - "Handy Man" helpers needed! Help with light tasks around the church, such as painting, fixing things that are not working or setting up/breaking down for events
• Inventory/Organization - You would not believe how many closets are in a church building! Do you like to organize closest and keep things neat and tidy? We need you!
• Facilities Support - We need folks on each campus to help out with various needs. We need your eyes to help us identify issues and your skills to help keep our buildings in working order

• Facility Stewardship - Finding ways to improve our facilities, find cost saving opportunities, and putting plans together to put those plans into action 

Use your administrative talents to help the church! Do you love to work in systems? Do you live in spreadsheets and love data? Are you looking for something you can do from the comfort of your own home? Join the administrative support team!

There is nothing more frustrating then when your computer won't work! Those things often happen at the most critical times. We need IT folks on every campus to help when things are not working quite right. Help troubleshoot, and liaise with our central IT team to help provide IT support to your local campus.

Do you have ideas of ways the church can save money? Do you have skills in Accounting and financial analysis? We would love to have you partner with us in our finance, accounting and stewardship department!

The church is full of humans! These humans need resources. Our HR Director would love other HR professionals to come alongside us to use your skills and expertise to help our staff team and our congregation.

• Volunteer Coordinator - Help with recruiting and communicating with volunteers
• Learning Design, Training and development - design and/or facilitate leadership trainings for staff members and volunteers
• Recruitment support - Follow us and connect with us on LinkedIn and glassdoor, Share our job opportunities. Update our employer branding game and help us with posts and improving our engagement on various platforms.
• Job Support - providing support and resources for those who are under employed, unemployed, or looking to make a career change, such as resume writing, interview skills & networking
• Staff Event Planning and support - Staff members like to have fun too! A lot of times that means a few of us need to serve during the staff event, rather than being served. If you would like to give back to our hard working staff by planning and executing a staff event, we would love it!
