Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure you’ve created a profile. Your profile is accessible from the upper-right corner of the app on every screen. It enables campus-specific news updates, online-giving history, and Kidstown check-in.

Enable notifications for Grace Chapel Connect in your device settings. In the app, you can also opt in to categories such as Alerts and Updates, Special Events, and Church Business.

Open your profile from the upper-right corner of the app, then tap the gear icon. Notification categories and your campus selection are both available under Settings.

Open the More menu and choose Kidstown check-in. Select the event and your child’s name, then scan the QR code generated by the app at a check-in station to print your stickers.
