Oasis provides an enriching environment to senior adults by fostering spiritual growth, fellowship, and recreational development. If you have a passion for volunteering with the older generation, check out the roles below.
Bible Study Group - This volunteer helps lead Oasis small groups by coordinating the Speakers and overseeing the weekly Bible Study session
Knitting Group - Coordinate and oversee the Knitting Group.
Refreshment Team - Recruit Oasis participants to bring refreshments for each week
We at Grace recognize the importance of providing church and church programs for people with differing abilities. Our Deaf ministry seeks to do just that. If you have a heart for the deaf and know ASL, check out the roles we have below.
Leadership Team - Work with the Deaf Community Staff to strategize and oversee the Deaf Ministry
Teaching Team - Work with the Deaf Community Staff to line up teachers for the weekly class
Deaf Church Coordinator - Establish a fully functioning deaf church at Grace Chapel, and create teams that exist within this Church.
Deaf Community Co-Director - Work with the Grace Chapel staff to lead and shape the deaf ministry.
Deaf Community Training - Provide mentorship for those who desire to be involved with the Deaf Community
Deaf Ministry Liaison - Unite the deaf churches and ministries in New England.
Church Welcome and Engagement Team - Come alongside hearing church by assisting existing teams to provide deaf support.
EPIC is a ministry for older adults to cultivate an enriching life and enriching community. EPIC regularly has guest speakers and gatherings to connect with one another and inspire lives of significance. Check out the roles available below.
Website Team -Help EPIC by bringing ideas to the table for their website, and assist in creating an online presence.
Pastoral Care Team - Work with the Director of EPIC ministries to provide extra care and support to members in the EPIC ministry.
Our Young Adults have many different groups and times to meet-up and navigate life together. If you are looking to volunteer in building a community for young adults, check out the roles and opportunities below.
Group Leaders - Coordinate a group for our young adults. Facilitate and plan meeting times, choose curriculum, and plan group meetings.
Events Team - Work with your local campus and young adult volunteers to help to plan events for the young adults at your campus.
Social Media Team - Create an online social media presence for the young adult ministry. The goal is to create a social media that thrives, connects the young adults in the ministry, and engages those looking for young adult ministries online.
