Leadership Opportunities

Even Worship Leaders need a break every once in a while! If you are an experienced worship leader, we would love to have you help lead worship when our Worship Director is not available.

We are also looking for Worship Mentors folks to help less experienced musicians hone their craft. If you specialize in an instrument or voice part and are willing to help others, let your worship director know!

Help our next generation discover a love of worshiping God!

  • Do you love students AND music? We are looking for Worship Leaders to work with High School and Middle School students to form worship teams for their times together.
  • Do you love Kids and making music fun and exciting for kiddos? We are looking for folks to help out with our Kidstown worship at all campus'.
Play something else? (Violin, Cello, Mandolin, etc.)

If you play a unique instrument not listed above, we are still very much interested. Fill out “other” on the form below and please tell us what instrument you are auditioning with.

There are also opportunities for small ensembles for special worship moments. Ask our Classic Worship Director for more information!

Choir (Lexington Campus)

The Lexington Choir is looking for new members. Soprano, Alto, Tenor or Bass. We want your voice! The Choir performs 1-2 times per month. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights.

Behind the Scenes

Want to do more to help the worship team? We have a number of places where we could use an extra set of hands (that are not playing instruments!)

  • Media Tech - We will train! We need techs at every rehearsal, service and special event. We'd love to have you join the team!
  • Librarian - Do you like to organize? We would love someone to keep all of our music organized and up to date. Help is needed both in person for sheet music in Lexington, and online using Planning Center.
  • Rehearsal Child Care - Some folks can't participate in rehearsals due to child care needs. If you have a heart for caring for kiddos, we would love to have you keep an eye on these kids while their parents rehearse
  • Worship Administrator - Help with communications, printing music and call sheets for our musicians
  • Stage Hand - Pick things up and put them down. Just like Stage Crew in High School, but at Church!
  • Producer - Do you like to make sure all the trains are running on time so an event goes off without a hitch? This job is for you!
  • Equipment Manager - Keep track of all the equipment, cables, etc. Make sure everything is put away and keep an inventory of what we have
  • Care Team - With a ministry as big as our worship team is, we need folks who will provide care, prayer and support to our team members. Send birthday cards, put together meal trains when someone is sick, Call and check up on folks who haven't come in a while. If you have a caring spirit, we would love your help!
