In Kidstown, our mission is help children develop a relationship with Jesus. We want kids to understand that the Bible stories we read are not just accounts of the past but can be applied to our lives today!
We understand that raising a little human can be hard. We’re here to help! Parents, we want to partner with you to help grow and nurture the faith of your child through all the stages of their young life.
Drive to our visitor parking for easy parking and quick access to the building through our main entrance. Once inside, head to the back of the lobby to our Kidstown check-in station and one of our friendly volunteers will welcome you with a new visitor welcome bag and help you register your child. Drop off your children to their appropriate classrooms before heading to service - we'll help guide you to the right place! This whole process takes just a few minutes, but plan to arrive a little earlier than the service so we can get you all set!
Does your child have any special requirements or dietary restrictions? Let us know in advance so we can help however we can by emailing our Children's Ministry Director, Angela Rogers:
We would love to welcome your infant or toddler to one of our environments. Our team of Kidstown volunteers love to hold babies, push strollers, blow bubbles, teach lessons and lead craft activities. We offer different infant rooms for your child based on their development – from new babies to crawlers to walkers, there is a place for your child in Kidstown! Our toddler area also has different classrooms based on age and development. In each of these areas your child will cared for by our incredible team of volunteers all while learning about Jesus and his love for them.
We have two different preschool environments for kids ages 3-5. These rooms are large, offering many types of play opportunities (including sensory-free spaces). In these environments kids play games, do crafts, sing, dance and hear an engaging Bible story - all while providing plenty of space for free play and social interaction with the other children and leaders.
In our elementary environments, all children are welcomed into grade-specific small groups with experiences targeted to their age and development. Children are greeted by a small group leader, and that leader stays with them throughout the school year! This allows children to form important relationships while learning Biblical truths, to worship together in large group, and to engage in age-appropriate activities that help reinforce the day’s lesson.
