As we look ahead to the search for our next Senior Pastor, it's important to lean into a time of prayer, discernment, and listening. These are part of any Senior Pastor search process. And in light of what we’ve learned over the last year, we’re taking extra steps to listen and learn from you, our congregation.

One of the ways we’re doing that is through a survey, which we asked everyone who attends Grace Chapel to complete. This anonymous survey was conducted by an external organization of pastors, called Vital Church Ministries, who help churches through the listening phase of the Senior Pastor search process. It was an opportunity for anyone who's part of our church to share openly and freely about their experience here at Grace Chapel.

The survey ran in May of 2025, concluding on June 1. Vital Church Ministries presented their initial findings to the church on August 10.
