Student Summer Trips 2025-2026

Wherever you are in your faith journey—whether you’re spiritually curious or looking to go deeper in your faith—we have Student Summer Trips (formerly known as Student CCLEs) made for you. This year, we’re headed to CIY MIX (current 6th to 8th graders), Philly Project (current 9th to 12th graders), and a Boston Project Day of Service. Save the dates and read below for details!

What’s changed this year, and why?

If you’ve been sending students on our summer trips for a while, and you’re wondering about the planning and ideas that went into the improved timelines for registration and trip destinations, please click to see a letter to families that gives more explanation to our plans for summer 2026.

Finances & Scholarships

Our CIY MIX and Philly Project trips will both cost $975. This price comes from the hosts, as well as the additional cost of planning round-trip transportation from Lexington.

Payment plans are available for both of these trips. When you register, you will pay a $100 deposit and choose between one of two payment plans. The first payment plan allows you to split the remaining cost across two payments of $450 and $425. The second payment plan allows you to make four more payments - three payments of $225 with one final payment of $200.

We never want finances to be the reason that a student can't take part in our ministry. We are working on a plan to create a scholarship fund that can help families join us for these important trips. The scholarship process will ask students to pay the same $100 deposit, but allow them to fundraise the remainder - with the student scholarship fund matching received donations, dollar for dollar. You can pay your deposit today, and mark your interest in the scholarship process. We will be able to follow up with you and provide more scholarship information. CIY MIX

July 13-17: CIY MIX is the ultimate blend of summer fun and encountering God for our current 6-8th grade students, with high-energy worship, age-intentional Bible teaching, and building community with friends and adult leaders. Learn about CIY MIX here.

Boston Project Day of Service

Date TBD. Our missions partners in Dorchester will host a day of service for middle schoolers and their families! More info about Boston Project.

Philly Project

July 19-25: For current 9-12th graders, Philly Project combines daytime experiences of serving with evening sessions of worship and teaching, perfect for our students to discover their gifts and understand their calling. Learn more about Philly Project here.

Root Cellar

July 5-11: The Root Cellar trip is for students in 10-12th grade who are growing disciples of Christ, looking to challenge themselves with a high-intensity week of serving refugees and asylum seekers through English classes and Summer Kids Camp. Learn more about The Root Cellar here.
