The Rev. Chris Haydon serves on our Central Ministry team as a Counseling Pastor. His desire to serve people with the love of Jesus and the hope-filled power of the Gospel has motivated him to integrate spiritual-pastoral care with mental and emotional counseling. He believes deeply in the value of every person and their potential to grow, heal, and find new life in Christ, leading to a life of joyful, grateful service to others.
Chris holds a M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Th.M. from Harvard Divinity School. He recently completed a MA in Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Chris joined the Grace Chapel staff in the summer of 2019. Prior to that, he had been a pastor in the Covenant Church for 38 years, 20 of those serving in Lexington.
