Worship / Media Technology Positions

Director of Contemporary Worship
Half-time or Full-time

This is a flexible position which can be structured in one of two ways for the right candidate:

  1. A half-time position for a gifted contemporary worship leader to lead our 11 AM service at our Lexington Campus; or
  2. A full-time position (with full benefits) for a gifted worship leader who also brings other significant creative worship arts giftings and leadership skills for the benefit of our overall Worship Arts Ministry across all five Grace Chapel campuses.

Stewardship

Pastor/Director of Stewardship
Full-time

In close collaboration with the Senior Pastor, The Pastor/Director of Stewardship will advance the mission of Grace Chapel by casting vision, providing leadership and developing resources in support of the historic call of God’s people to be good stewards of all the gifts He gives us.   We believe the rapidly changing times, financial realities and generational demographics call for the Church today to provide more intentional pastoral leadership in the area of stewardship – helping us all best use our time, talent, and treasure to serve God’s Kingdom in this world. 

This individual will develop and lead a team of committed and passionate volunteers who can teach and model the life of good stewards. The Pastor/Director of Stewardship will minister to those in financial hardship and to those in abundance and everyone in between. This individual is also the chief fundraising strategist for the church, working with the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor and pastoral staff to provide vision, leadership, direction, and coordination for all stewardship and fundraising initiatives. The fundraising efforts will include those for annual ministry budgets, capital campaigns, special fundraising initiatives, and special legacy gifts.

Foxboro campus positions

Campus Administrator
Part-time (20 hours/week); Foxboro Campus

We are currently seeking a part-time administrator at our new Foxboro Campus to support, communicate, and facilitate the day-to-day details of the Campus ministries. The individual in this high-functioning position will partner with the Campus Pastor, ministry leaders and volunteer teams. The right candidate can transition between thinking big with the Campus Pastor, while also staying focused on day-today details.
