Worship Leader
Part-time (15 hours/week); Foxboro Campus

This leader will promote a God-honoring worship environment at our Sunday morning services and at various other events throughout the year. In collaboration with the Worship and Arts ministry at Grace Chapel, this leader will help cast a biblical vision for authentic worship, build a healthy team of worship artists, and design services that lead people into transformational encounters with God.

Pastoral / Ministry Positions

Director of Children's Ministry
Part-time; Watertown Campus

The Director of Children’s Ministry will provide leadership and oversight to the volunteers who coordinate and staff our Sunday morning children’s programming. Working within the vision and mission of Grace Chapel’s Next Gen Ministry, the Director shall be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the children, the continued development, training, support and supervision of the volunteer staff, and the implementation of the selected curriculum for Children’s Ministry in Watertown.

Worship / Media Technology Positions

Administrative / Support Positions

Office Administrator
Full-Time, Lexington Campus

We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to partner with the entire Grace Chapel Staff to create a warm and welcoming environment to visitors both over the telephone and in person. In addition to being the first point of contact for many, this gifted individual will direct and personally handle multiple incoming requests. He/she will maintain a strong team approach, lending support to several Staff members.

Ministry Team Coordinator to Women's Ministry
Part-Time, 20 hours/week

We are currently seeking a part-time Ministry Team Coordinator to support, communicate, and facilitate the day-to-day details of Women’s Ministry. The individual in this high-functioning position will partner with our pastors, ministry assistants and volunteer teams to allow leaders of this ministry to focus their efforts on leading, equipping, teaching and connecting.

Facilities Team Member
Full-time, Lexington Campus (primarily)

Grace Chapel’s Facilities Department exists to support the multi-site ministry of Grace Chapel – its members, guests, buildings, and properties.  Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, distraction free, and caring environment.  As the “on call” staff person, this team member must be knowledgeable about the buildings, its systems, and idiosyncrasies.

Childcare Coordinator
Part-time, Lexington Campus

Grace Chapel’s Lexington campus is seeking a qualified individual to coordinate safe and quality care for children in our children’s ministry program, Kidstown during programs and special events. The Coordinator position will primarily work with childcare staff, but also with children.
