As many of you know, we recently invited Vital Church Ministries to come in and help us through the listening phase of preparing to launch the search for our next Senior Pastor. Their report back to us included a number of recommendations, and one of the most important ones was around communication.

We’re taking steps to improve this critical aspect of how we function as a church, and the first one is to connect with people at each campus to hear from them directly. So we’re setting up Communications Listening Sessions at each campus where you’ll have a chance to provide input, offer feedback, and ask questions. Think of them like “focus groups” for Grace Chapel communications.

We’re hosting a session here at the Foxboro Campus Feb 22 following our worship service in the Den, the meeting room across from the gym. We'll have extra snacks available for folks.
