Welcome to Children’s Choir 2023-24! We are so glad to have you with us and are looking forward to a fun filled year of making music together. Here are the important things you will want to know:
SCHEDULE: We have scheduled three 10-week trimesters over the course of the year.

REHEARSALS: Rehearsals will be in the Choir Room outside of Kids Town on Sunday mornings from 11:15-Noon.
Grown-ups are welcome to stay for rehearsal anytime- in fact we love it when you do!
DRESS REHEARSALS: TBD as we get closer to leading worship/performance dates.
END OF YEAR CELEBRATION: Pizza & Pool Party June 2024
ATTENDANCE: Because we want your singer to feel confident and would like to add more challenging music to our schedule, please make every effort to attend 7/10 rehearsals. Missing 3 or more rehearsals may mean having to sit out a performance.
NEW MEMBERS: New members are always welcome to join us until week 3 of the trimester.
Can’t wait to make a joyful noise together- We are so excited to be working with you this year!

be kind and considerate of others.
be willing to always help.

3 OPPORTUNITIES:
While it is never the intent to remove a choir member from the ensemble, we understand that some choir members may have difficulty during rehearsals. On those rare occasions, the choir member will be given three opportunities to make adjustments. If the choir member is still unable to make those adjustments, we will…
- Speak with the choir member and their grown-up about the issue.
- Ask the grown-up to attend rehearsals until the issue is resolved.
- Ask the choir member to stop attending rehearsals. The choir member may then resume the following trimester if they covenant to make changes.
*We understand that accommodations may sometimes need to be made and will work to help all our children have success as much as we are able.
