We have watched with deep concern the escalating climate of fear and intimidation surrounding immigration enforcement activity across our country. As we are grieved by the growing tension and violence, we are calling for a time of reflection, lament, and group prayer.

We are hosting an All-Church Prayer Call on Monday, February 9, at 7:00 pm on Zoom.

At the prayer gathering, we'll be privileged to have Matt Soerens from World Relief joining us at the beginning of the call. Matt is World Relief's Vice President of Advocacy and Policy, and he’ll share a deep, biblically grounded perspective on the issues our country is facing right now.

As Christ followers, we are called to pray for our leaders and at the same time pray for and welcome the alien, the stranger, the marginalized, and the vulnerable. We want to join our hearts and voices to pray for wisdom, protection of the innocent, and a return to respectful discourse.
