April 16, 2026

Dear Grace Chapel Friends,

What an incredible year it's been in the life of our community! So much has happened over the course of this year, but through it all we have remained a church on the move, together.

Your giving has supported meaningful points of connection for people across all life stages—group life, missions, NextGen ministries, young adult events, special worship nights, our recent all-church prayer call, and so much more.

Thank you for your generosity to the ministry of Grace Chapel!

There have been other developments to celebrate this past year. Supported by the sale of our 3 Militia Drive building, our church ministry spaces at 2 Militia Drive recently underwent a major renovation, providing modern and refreshed areas for group gatherings, care and support, and ministry connections of all kinds. Leveraging those sale proceeds into a more sustainable model, additional improvements will be made to all our facilities to meet the needs of our campuses. The search for our next senior pastor has progressed as we prepare to review and interview the most promising candidates.

And as we reach the end of the fiscal year on April 30, we want to make sure we’re setting the stage for what’s next. How we finish each fiscal year informs our budget for the next year, including our outlook for upcoming ministry efforts.

We had to adjust our budget for 2025-26 with a 3% decrease from 2024-25, meaning that our ministries this fiscal year worked with less than they did the previous fiscal year. While we anticipate hitting this year’s budget, as we look ahead, we hope to not just sustain but rather grow the impact we can make through our ministries.

The end of our fiscal year coincides with a Lenten season during which we’ve been exploring and observing spiritual practices: sabbath, fasting, and prayer. Living generously through giving is also a spiritual practice! Wherever you are on your journey of faith, we encourage you to make time for prayer and reflection on the spiritual discipline of giving.

What does that look like for you?

If you’ve never given before and are able to do so, would you consider starting your giving journey? If you’ve given a number of times, this is a great season to begin giving regularly. And if you are giving regularly, would you consider if God is asking you to increase your gift, give in abundance, or make a special one-time gift? We are asking everyone to consider what their giving and connection to the church could look like in the year ahead.

Your giving makes a tangible difference in people’s lives; every gift matters. You’re helping us achieve the vision we all share: to be a vibrant, multicultural community of seekers and believers discovering life with God together, for the good of the world.

Thank you so much for your faithful giving as we continue to gather, invest in the next generation, and make an impact locally and globally!

Make A Gift
