Grace Chapel is seeking a compassionate and visionary Director or Pastor of Care to lead and oversee our lay-led care ministry teams. This role is central to our mission of being a church that deeply loves and serves one another, especially in times of need. The Director or Pastor of Care will shepherd our congregation through life’s challenges by equipping and empowering volunteer leaders on each campus to provide spiritual, emotional, and practical support.
This position has Sunday responsibilities and requires travel to each of our campuses for Sunday worship on a regular basis.
