Sharon serves on our Central Ministry team as the Director of Human Resources, supporting our staff members to enable them to give their best in ministry. She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Employee Engagement and Inclusion for all staff members at all of our locations and central offices. Sharon joined the Grace Chapel Staff us in 2021 with over 15 successful years of Human Resources experiences in a variety of corporate environments and industries such as Entertainment, Quick Service Restaurants, Consumer Products, Healthcare and Tech.
