The person in this high-functioning position will partner with our pastors, ministry assistants and volunteer teams in supporting, communicating, and facilitating the day-to-day details of specific ministries. This gifted individual will allow the leaders of these ministries to focus their efforts on leading, equipping, teaching and connecting. We currently have a position available at our Lexington¸ MA campus.
