Grace Chapel is a congregationally governed church, led and served by the Board of Elders, who are responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and accountability for the overall ministry of Grace Chapel. This group includes lay leaders who are elected at our Annual Meeting, and our Senior and Executive Pastors.
The Senior Pastor, under the authority of the Board of Elders, is the spiritual leader of the church, responsible for preaching/worship, vision for overall/theological church policy, and spiritual encouragement. We are currently searching for our next Senior Pastor.
The Executive Pastor serves as chief-of-staff of the church, directing all activities of the church staff and its programs, managing day-to-day operations, and leading the strategic planning process.
Operationally, we are led by an Executive Team, including 5 permanent members and 4 rotating members. The Executive Team serves as the decision-making body for our staff.
During this time of transition as we search for our next senior pastor, we have established an Interim Senior Pastoral Team, who will address pastoral care and theological matters that would normally fall under the Senior Pastor role.
