Serving The Homebound And Hospitalized
Grace Chapel’s Homebound Ministry offers ongoing Christian fellowship, encouragement, and support to individuals who are unable to leave their home or reside in a long-term care facility. We coordinate monthly visits, which can include reading passages from Scripture or favorite books, praying together, doing puzzles, playing games, or looking through photo albums. These one-on-one visits often serve as a lifeline out of isolation and loneliness, and into community, connection, and care.
