Don Mitchell
Don accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at age 14 and rededicated his life to Jesus in 1995. As part of his Kingdom activities, he organized a global contest in 2006 to improve witnessing that has helped believers bring millions to know the Lord. These methods are described in Witnessing Made Easy, and Ways You Can Witness, of which he is a coauthor. He is a member of Grace Chapel in Lexington, Massachusetts where he has served as a teacher of Plug In, a discipleship course, and is a member of the partner care team for World Relief-Malawi.
Don's Professional Background
Don is chairman and chief executive officer of Mitchell and Company, a management consulting firm established in 1977 which specializes in business strategy and financial consulting. His consulting clients are often found among the nation's 200 largest corporations.
In 1981, he founded Mitchell Investment Management Company, Inc., a firm specializing in acquisitions. He also serves as its president. Don's clients are primarily entrepreneurs and successful executives in major corporations.
In 1995, he founded the 400 Year Project, a global initiative to identify, create, and demonstrate how everyone on the Earth can make improvements 20 times faster than usual by September 2015 (see www.fastforward400.com). He has participated in or written nineteen books for the project. The most recent ones are Excellent Solutions, Excellent Leadership, Advanced Business, and Your Breakthroughs which make mind-boggling improvements possible. The project has conducted successful demonstrations of these methods in over 60 countries.
Since 2002, he has been developing improved management practices for entrepreneurs and small business leaders.

Don has an A.B. degree from Harvard College and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. While studying for his J.D. degree, he attended Harvard Business School and pursued the field of marketing. He is a member of the bar in Massachusetts, and is also a professor at Rushmore University, teaching graduate students about business, law, and leadership.
