Wilmington Student Ministry

Our Student Ministry has programs for both high school and middle school students!  HSM (High School Ministry) and MSM (Middle School Ministry) meet together in the Cove, a space designed for youth ministry, put together by students. We're passionate about helping young people understand how much God cares for them, and how to integrate our faith into all aspects of our lives.

Summer schedule

For our students, June 23 is their last Sunday meeting before the summer break. During the summer our focus instead shifts to midweek as we offer something for either high school or middle school students every Wednesday night of the summer. Then join us for Breakfast Club starting on Sunday, August 4 at 11AM as we kick off a fun 4 week teaching series alongside friends and food!

Sunday mornings

11:00am-12:00pm: Our HSM and MSM programs meet every Sunday morning  during the ministry year and spend time in worship and group teaching before breaking off into small groups.

Wednesday Nights

7:00-8:30pm: HSM and MSM meet every Wednesday night during the ministry year for games, teaching, and community with others. Our Wednesday night hang-outs are a chance for students to connect with other students and learn about Jesus in a safe, non-threatening environment.

HEY PARENTS! You have one of the most important (and sometimes the most difficult) jobs on the planet.

We know your job isn’t always easy, but here’s what we want you to know: we’re here to help, in any way we can. Sure, we’re a “youth” ministry, but teenagers aren’t the only people we care about. We care about you too, because it’s you, not us, who are the primary influencers in the lives of your teens.

No matter how connected (or not connected) you are with our church, this Parent Handbook will show you some of the ways we’re trying to care for your teen and serve you at the same time.
