Summary: "H.H. Farmer once remarked, “If you go against the grain of the universe, you get splinters.” Discover why genuine spiritual growth cannot occur apart from the regular rhythm of rest God made us for."

To truly gain ground, we must let the ground rest. Genuine spiritual growth cannot occur apart from a regular rhythm of rest. Rest is integral, not incidental to God’s work in the world.
