    What's the price if I can't stay the whole weekend?
    The price is the same even if you can only stay for part of the weekend.

    Something has come up and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
    Yes, by e-mailing  with a reasonable explanation of why a refund is being requested, before September 12, 2019.

    Can I invite friends from outside Grace Chapel and Fire?
    Yes! Please feel free to invite and bring your young adult friends and family with you.

    I need a ride to and from the camp, who should I contact to coordinate?

    Where am I staying at the camp/what cabin am I staying in?
    When you arrive at the camp, the Welcome Team will provide you your cabin assignment.

    Can I make a cabin roommate request?
    Yes, just specify your preferences at the time of your registration. However, roommate requests may not be accommodated on last minute registrations. Please register at your earliest convenience for best accommodation.

    When do I figure out what small group I'm in?
    At the camp, the Welcome Team will give you your small group assignment when you check in.

    What time does check-in at the camp begin? What if I miss check-in time before the first session begins?
    Check-in begins at 7pm and goes until 8:45pm. The first session starts at 9pm. If you miss the check-in time window, you may check in with the Welcome Team after the first session.

    If I arrive early (before the 9pm session) what's there to do? Can I help set up?
    Yes! Volunteers usually start arriving around 3pm, so if you’d like you can help with setup anytime from 3-7pm. You can jump right in with the Welcome or Tech Teams.

    Will food be provided? What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
    Yes! The camp will provide us breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please note that on your registration form so that the camp is able to accommodate your needs.

    Will food be provided the first night (Friday evening)?
    There will be dinner provided on Friday night for the volunteers who help with setting up before 7pm.  If you’d like to help set up, please sign up to one of our volunteer teams by e-mailing our retreat director, Kristen Getchell, at , and we’ll make sure to have enough dinner for you! Otherwise, if you are coming up as a regular attendee, please plan to grab dinner prior to the drive or on your way up to the camp.

    What's the schedule for the weekend?
    The final schedule for the weekend will be available when you check in on Friday night. The weekend will include large group teaching and worship sessions, small groups, time for personal reflection and time with the Lord, free time to relax, retreat and for fun activities, and good food!
