First Place 4 Health Winter/Spring 2022
First Place 4 Health is a 9-week bible study intended to give you hope and encouragement to keep pressing toward your goals of living a healthy, balanced life by drawing on the principles of Scripture. Motivated to Wellness will guide you through these principles and help you to follow the course that God has set for your life.
This First Place 4 Health Bible study contains eight weeks of daily study for a nine week session to help you put Christ in first place, as well as weekly Live It Trackers to document your progress. Also included are Scripture memory cards, an inspirational digital download and one week of Jumpstart menus, recipes, and detailed nutrition information.
Finding Your Victory explores the spiritual battle behind the battle of the bulge – the daily struggle to make wise choices (and keep making them) on our journey to greater health and wellness.
This encouraging and empowering nine-week study will help you better understand the battles you face, learn how to use your “weapons,” identify winning strategies, and lead you to lasting victory in Christ! Finding Your Victory features inspiring quotes on spiritual warfare from historical Christian leaders, preachers, teachers, and theologians, as well as respected contemporary Christian authors. It also includes specific biblical Battle Strategies to put into practice each week – practical tips to help you be victorious on a daily basis.
