Student Ministry at Wilmington

There are two student ministries at the Wilmington campus: Fusion for Middle School students, and Gravity for High School students. Both ministries meet together in the Cove, a space designed for youth ministry, put together by students. We are passionate about helping young people understand how much God cares about them as a person! Helping students integrate their faith into all aspects of their life is a big part of what we are all about.
We meet every Sunday from 9:30-10:45am. The focus of Sunday mornings are our small groups. We have 4 small groups, each with 2-3 leaders (Gravity girls, Gravity boys, Fusion girls, and Fusion boys). Small groups are kicked off with a short time of worship and group teaching. Breakfast (donuts and bagels!) is served at 9:15.
We also meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month. We have Wednesday Night Fusion for Middle-schoolers, a night of games, teaching, and a chance to connect with leaders and peers. We also have a Gravity Life Community for High-schoolers, where they are studying the book of James, while also have an opportunity for games, prayer, and to hangout with friends.
