What is God doing in the world today? We invite you to prayerfully consider seeing firsthand what some of Grace Chapel’s partners are doing to build God’s Kingdom around the world. This year we will be sending out teams to the following places:

Haiti—July 11-18

The team will be working with long-time GC partner, Hope for the Children of Haiti (HFC).  We will spend time building relationships with the teens from the HFC Orphanage.  We will also team up with them to visit and do various service projects at other orphanages in and around the capital city of Port-au-Prince. Leaders: Michelle Harris (michellemarieh@gmail.com) and Jonas Firmin (firmin_j@msn.com)

Jordan—June 11-23

This team will be ministering to Iraqi refugee families in Amman, Jordan, alongside our partners, Jody and Ruth Miller at the Iraqi Grace Church. We will be taking part in a family retreat doing a VBS, crafts and other activities with the kids, sharing testimonies, and  possibly hosting a night of worship for the adults. Leader: David Doremus (chefdoremus@hotmail.com)

Lebanon—8-10 days in late August

The team will be ministering to and planning activities for the residents of our partner ministry, the Cedar Home for Girls in Beirut. We will also be visiting the Greater Beirut Evangelical School, where the girls from Cedar Home are educated during the day.  Leader: Emanuel Oglice (chlc@mac.com)

Malawi— 12 days between June 30 – July 14

This team will be working with World Relief Malawi, Grace Chapel's global partner addressing the HIV/AIDS pandemic. The team will: provide training to church-based child development center teachers, assist in building a livestock house, provide Biblical teaching to pastors and elders, and provide Bible Study leadership training. Participants should be willing to "carry the story" back to Grace Chapel during the following year. Click here for more information. Leaders: Gary and Beverly Ware at (w75740@rcn.com)

Nepal—June 21-July 5

The team will participate in a five-day retreat with about 30 children from our partners at Prison Fellowship Nepal and a five-day work project at either the elementary school in Trishuli (part of the extended ministry of Bethel Church) or one of the Prison Fellowship homes.
