For the next 40 weeks, we're embarking on a teaching journey through the Scriptures... through God's Story. We'll work our way through the Bible book by book, learning from the stories of historical Biblical figures, and and seeing what their encounters with God can teach us. But we're also doing more than that.
We want to help you find yourself in God's Story, to see for yourself how what is recorded in the Bible is relevant and meaningful to your life, every day. It's our hope that you'll find yourself in the pages, seeing how your story and God's Story come together, and experience the rich, meaningful, and transforming relationship with God that only living in "HIStory" can bring.
Each Sunday, we'll provide you with a "scrapbook page," a simple way for you to take something from the message that Sunday, and apply it - discussion questions that prompt deeper dialogue with family and friends, prayer thoughts, even a song download or blog post that you might find interesting. We'll also have a couple of other resources you can find online each week: for families with younger kids, we've created "Family Talk," with resources and great discussion items relevant to the message of the day, and we've got a Fun Stuff page with coloring and story pages available for download for printing.
LIFE Community leaders, we've got a study guide that is designed specifically to work with the Living God's Story series.
Wilmington Campus Pastor Tom VanAntwerp has put together a helpful guide to sharing your spiritual autobiography.
If you miss a Sunday, simply visit this page, where you'll find a link to hear the sermon, and can download all of the resources that go along with that week's message.
We encourage you to take the journey with us!
