Straight Ahead Ministries focuses on reentry services for incarcerated youth and young adults. The ministry began in detention centers through Bible studies. Claire has been with SAM since 2002. She implemented SAM's first juvenile reentry program in Boston and then replicated the program in Lynn. Reentry creates an individual plan for each youth being discharged 90 days prior to release, and then follows-up with that plan upon release. Rev. Sullivan has trained thousands of college students and members of faith-based organizations to work with the homeless, urban poor, and incarcerated youth.

NEAM is a Christian residential program based in Framingham for former inmates and men with substance abuse problems that is working towards the reconciliation and reintegration of these men into society in the New England area. There are many opportunities for volunteers, especially in building maintenance related tasks.
