Young Life (YL) is an international ministry directed toward high school students. Newton Young Life is part of Young Life Boston Southwest, one of many Young Life branches across the Unites States. Adult leaders—especially parents—build relationships with high school youth. Organized activities include weekly small-group Bible studies called Campaigners, weekly large-group “Club” meetings, and incredible Summer Camp experiences.

Alice is director of InterVarsity’s Black Campus Ministry in Boston. The heart of Black Campus Ministry is to develop a biblically-based community that ministers to Black students, develops a generation of Black Christian leadership, and works for authentic reconciliation in the body of Christ.

Dawn works as assistant to the director for the Navigators’ Northeast collegiate ministry. They work in New England and New York to make disciples among college students. She is involved with recruiting workers, publicizing events, connecting high school students with Navigators upon graduation, etc.

As a staff member with Life Bridge, Michelle reaches out to at-risk high school students. Their program uses a mentoring approach that provides kids someone to talk to and who will challenge them, and someone to walk beside them in their life.
Bret and Rich are two of six regional directors for the northeast region of Campus Crusade for Christ. They give direction and leadership to the campus directors around the region. The six directors operate as a peer team, with specific responsibilities as well as generalist roles. They currently oversee approximately 180 staff on 16 teams impacting 165 colleges.
