One Church: For Generations to Come

Sunday May 12, 2024  |  10am

Every once in a while, we do something special here at Grace Chapel: we bring all of our campuses together on a Sunday morning for an all-church, all-at-once, everyone-together experience. We call these “One Church Sundays.”

This year, we’re doing our first post-pandemic One Church Sunday. It’s a chance to recognize and celebrate some of our biggest milestones, and honor the ways God has moved in the lives of the people who make up our church and community. That’s something worth celebrating!

But maybe more importantly, it’s a chance to look ahead to what God has in store for Grace Chapel. The theme is “For Generations to Come,” and we’ll do more than celebrate – we’ll look ahead to the next 75 years of our church: how we reach more people in more ways, here in Greater Boston and around the world.

All our worship leaders are joining voices, and we're going to fill the Lowell Memorial Auditorium with the beautiful sounds of gratitude and joy.

So, mark your calendars for May 12 at 10am and get ready for a service unlike any other, filled with lots of special moments and most importantly, filled with all of YOU. Each and every one of you: all our campuses, at home, in Kidstown, student ministry, behind the scenes, on the stage, or in the seats. It's your presence and support that truly make our church feel like home! We can’t wait to celebrate together.

A note to everyone celebrating a mom: yes, we know it's Mother’s Day. So make mom coffee and breakfast in bed, get the kids ready, and don’t forget to make a brunch reservation at one of the restaurants that are a part of the amazing foodie culture in Lowell. We have provided a list of some staff recommended ones in our app and on our website.

Info for Parents

Parents: there are plenty of kid-friendly moments throughout the service, and each child will receive an activity on their way in. While we are not offering on-site Kidstown or childcare, there will be designated kid-friendly spaces outside of the auditorium where you can bring little ones who might have a harder time sitting still.

Local Restaurants

Looking for a local place to grab lunch after church? We've compiled a list of some of our favorite places to eat or grab coffee around Lowell. Make sure to call ahead and make a reservation!
