Foxboro campus positions

Worship Leader
Part-time (15 hours/week); Foxboro Campus

This leader will promote a God-honoring worship environment at our Sunday morning services and at various other events throughout the year. In collaboration with the Worship and Arts ministry at Grace Chapel, this leader will help cast a biblical vision for authentic worship, build a healthy team of worship artists, and design services that lead people into transformational encounters with God.

Pastoral / Ministry Positions

Pastor/Director of Care and Support
Full-time; Office based in Lexington (supporting all Grace Chapel campuses)

The Pastor/Director of Care and Support is a key staff leader in our Community Care Ministry which seeks to provide people with hope and support through the redeeming love and transforming power of Jesus Christ – offering both preventive as well as responsive care.

Note: Candidates with church ministry background and theological training will be considered for the “Pastor” title. We are also open to candidates with social work and/or counseling background and training, who will be considered for a “Director” title.

Director of Children's Ministry
Part-time; Watertown Campus

The Director of Children’s Ministry will provide leadership and oversight to the volunteers who coordinate and staff our Sunday morning children’s programming. Working within the vision and mission of Grace Chapel’s Next Gen Ministry, the Director shall be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the children, the continued development, training, support and supervision of the volunteer staff, and the implementation of the selected curriculum for Children’s Ministry in Watertown.

Worship / Media Technology Positions

Lead Campus Technician
Part-time (10-12 hours/week); East Lexington, Watertown, and Wilmington Campuses

The purpose of this position is to lead and recruit a team of volunteers, and ensure a high-quality execution of Sunday morning tech needs.
The Lead Campus Technician, in collaboration with the Tech ministry at Grace Chapel, serves with a healthy volunteer technical arts team to create worship services and environments which lead people into transformational encounters with God.

Assistant Director of Worship Media Technology
Full-time; Lexington Campus

The purpose of this position is to manage the Sunday morning on-stage environment in Lexington, assist in campus upgrades, technical repairs and church event support.

Administrative / Support Positions

Ministry Team Coordinator to the Pastor of Women
Part-Time, 20 hours/week

We are currently seeking a part-time Ministry Team Coordinator to support, communicate, and facilitate the day-to-day details of Women’s Ministry. The individual in this high-functioning position will partner with our pastors, ministry assistants and volunteer teams to allow leaders of this ministry to focus their efforts on leading, equipping, teaching and connecting.
