Campus Pastor Positions

Grace Chapel has been committed to spiritual, geographic and numeric growth since its founding over 60 years ago. Having reached capacity at our main campus in Lexington, we have implemented a vision which includes planting new, fully-functioning church campuses in the greater Boston area with a commitment to being “one church with many campuses.” This bold plan requires the leadership of gifted Campus Pastors with a deep passion for advancing God’s kingdom work in our region. We are currently seeking such aleader at our Watertown Campus.

NextGen Ministry Positions

Director of Children’s Ministry
Part-time (24-28 hours); Watertown Campus

The Director of Children’s Ministry will provide leadership and oversight to the volunteers who coordinate and staff our Sunday morning children’s programming. Working within the vision and mission of Grace Chapel’s Next Gen Ministry, the Director will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the children, the continued development, training, support and supervision of the volunteer staff, and the implementation of the selected curriculum for Children’s Ministry in Watertown.

Director of Next Generation Ministries
Part-time (20-24 hours); East Lexington Campus

The purpose of this position is to continue to grow a safe, loving, vibrant and growth producing multi-generational ministry for students and children at the East Lexington (ELX) campus of Grace Chapel. Central to this position is investing in the lives of our high school and middle school students as they serve and lead alongside a dedicated team of adult volunteers in the children’s ministry, as well as creating space for community among the students themselves. Equally important is the investment in relationships with the adult volunteers, providing training, resources, and strategies to best serve the needs of the children and students of ELX. The leader of this ministry will be a person with a passion for students and children and a strong desire to share the good news of God’s grace with them.

Assistant Student Ministries Director
Part-time (20-24 hours); Lexington Campus

The Assistant Director of Student Ministry is someone with a passion for students and a strong desire to share the good news of God’s grace with them. This Assistant Director will focus on developing our Sunday Morning program, engaging students in the ministry, and training Sunday morning small group leaders. There are fifty volunteers serving as small group leaders in our middle school and high school ministries on Sunday mornings.

Communications Specialist

The purpose of this position is to support the vital function of communications and marketing at Grace Chapel. Working directly with the Director of Communications, as well as pastors and staff, the Communications Specialist will collaborate in cross campus communication projects with campus Pastors, Ministry Team Coordinators, and other staff.

Media Technology positions

 

Campus Tech Arts Directors
Part-time positions; Wilmington and East Lexington Campuses

We are currently seeking to add part-time Technical Arts Directors at our campuses in Wilmington and East Lexington. The purpose of this position is to lead and support a volunteer campus technical team providing audio engineering, light board and media projection operation -- and to promote a God-honoring Sunday worship environment at our campuses and at various other events throughout the year.
