Gravity is more than just a place, an event or program, it is a group of students learning about life, a relationship with God, and building community with others.  We strive to be a place where students are accepted for who they are, while being challenged in their faith journey with adult leaders who care for them.  We believe that students desire healthy relationships, so we are an intentional and incarnational presence in their life.

Our vision is to grow students into life-long followers of Christ.  We achieve this by five growing values:

• Growing CLOSER - Students need to be known and cared for by connecting to God’s family.
• Growing DEEPER - Students need to learn how to deepen their relationship with Christ.
• Growing LOWER - Students need to be willing to serve others.
• Growing HIGHER - Students need to come together with other believers for celebration in worship.
• Growing WIDER - Inviting more people into a relationship with Christ.

Jesus’ incarnational approach for reaching people was to come into the world and dwell in it (community), build relationships with his disciples (crowd), had deeper relationships with a few (committed), and unleashed them to launch the church (core).

Regardless of where a student is on their faith journey, we have ministry opportunities at ever step of the way:

Friday Night Gravity:  Friday nights are designed for students in our wider community who are checking us out.
Gravity Sunday:  Sunday morning is where the crowd meets to hear about how to live their lives higher in worship for Christ.

Small Groups:  Small groups are where our committed students are challenged to grow deeper in their faith.
Secret Service:  Secret Service is our student leadership team designed to challenge our core students to lead lower by serving their peers.
