ESOL: English for Speakers of Other Languages

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
 
ESOL classes at Grace Chapel help immigrants and international students in the local community learn conversational English in a comfortable setting. Class levels range from beginning to advanced. (ESOL was formerly known as ESL: English as a Second Language.)

 

Fall & Spring class schedule:

  • Tuesday evenings - 7:00-8:30 pm
  • Thursday evenings - 7:00-8:30 pm
  • Wednesday mornings - Classes meet for one hour between 10 am and 12 noon. (Students’ and teachers’ schedules determine the best time for each class.)    

Summer class schedule:

  • Tuesday evenings - 7:00-8:30 pm

Evening class registration:  Tuesday, September 21, 7-8:30 pm.

  Thursday, September 23, 7-8:30 pm.

Evening classes start: Tuesday, September 28, 7 pm.

Morning class registration: Wednesday, October 13, 10-11 am.

Fees

Grace Chapel seeks to keep costs low. Current semester costs are: 

·         One evening class per week: $65

·         Two evening classes per week: $90

·         Morning class: $50

·         Summer session: $25
