If you, a family member, or someone you know from Grace Chapel is ill, hospitalized or unable to leave the home, Grace Chapel's Homebound Visitation Ministry offers Christian fellowship, encouragement, care and support.  Friendly visits, phone calls, and cards serve as a connection of hearts in His love and reminders that you are never alone.
