About Tom                

Tom VanAntwerp has been on the staff of Grace Chapel since 1999.  As the Pastor of Community Life, he enjoys seeing the truths of scripture take root in people’s lives in very practical ways.  Convinced that we can never be all that God wants us to be in isolation, he enjoys seeing people at Grace develop deep and meaningful relationships with one another and finding vitality in their walk with God.

Tom was born and raised in upstate NY and attended Wheaton College, IL where he graduated with a B.A. in Math and Christian Education. It was while at Wheaton that he met his wife Julie.  After graduation they were married and he served as a youth pastor in churches in Battle Creek, Michigan, Malden, MA, and Weston, MA. Tom has his Masters of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He lives in Billerica, MA with his wife and together they enjoy being parents of their two children Bethany and Jonathan.
