Haloween Idea
Given the timing of this week and Halloween I wanted to share an idea that our Life Community members will be doing. We are going to go "trick-or-treating" for the Concord Food Pantry. We are hoping to gather many bags of food for the pantry and also hand out a card with Matthew 25:40 printed on one side and the youreallymatter card taped to the back side as a way to say thank you. I am not exactly sure how this will go over but I am hopeful that: we will get many good donations of food, help people do something good for their neighbors and also guide people to the web site. The reason that I am sharing this with you is that if this idea appeals to other groups they have a week to organize. If other groups do this in other towns the food pantrys will be better stocked and more able to help needy families.
