Grace Chapel will have the opportunity to strategically partner with World Relief over the next several years in Malawi.

With the help of American churches such as Grace, World Relief is empowering local African churches to spread the gospel by meeting the physical and emotional, as well as the spiritual needs of Malawi’s people.

This transformational program, called Mobilization for Life, has several thrusts, including:

• Mobilizing local Malawian churches not only to preach the gospel but to respond to the physical and emotional needs of Malawi’s hurting people
• Working with these mobilized churches to provide home based medical care and support to AIDS patients
• Using church based groups to educate and equip Malawi’s youth to maintain pure, healthy lifestyles
• Assisting in economic development, including providing farmers with the seed, tools, and fertilizer to provide adequate nutrition for themselves and their families
• Working through church based health centers to improve child survival through newborn care and nutrition
